Shipping policy
Preparation and dispatch
Every order is prepared with care in our ateliers. Shipping is handled by Colissimo : every parcel carries a tracking number and is delivered against signature, for a secure delivery.
Delivery times
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), preparation time included. As a guide, the carrier's transit times are as follows :
- France — Colissimo : 48 to 72 hours (business days) after the parcel is handed to the carrier
- International — Colissimo International : 4 to 5 business days after the parcel is handed to the carrier
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel at any time on the La Poste website.
Receiving your parcel
We invite you to check the condition of your parcel on delivery and, where necessary, to register any reservations with the carrier. In the event of a problem (damaged parcel, missing item), contact us as soon as possible via the contact form so that we can find a solution quickly.
