When your fur arrives at your home, we recommend hanging it up to allow it to return to its normal shape after being wrapped and to allow excess fur to come off. Do not enclose your fur in a garment bag, especially a plastic bag, which does not provide air to the fur.

During the months when you are not wearing it, remember to store it on a wide, non-metallic hanger in a cool, dark place to avoid any risk of oxidation of the color of your fur. Also avoid spraying it with perfume or aerosol, as this could damage the hair.

Finally, every 2 or 3 years, the fur needs a complete cleaning to restore its shiny appearance that it loses due to external elements (air, pollution, etc.). For the maintenance of your fur, we advise you to have it cleaned by a professional fur cleaner. A professional cleaning will add shine to the fur.

If your fur gets wet from rain/snow, allow it to dry naturally before storing. Do not use a hair dryer or direct heat on wet fur.
